Dustin and Justin are both members of the Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne and attended their Equal Pay Day event. This powerful luncheon gave real data about women in the workplace in Allen County. As TriCore has continued to grow over the years, making sure that tech employment is accessible and desirable to female candidates has been a goal of ours, and we couldn’t be happier with how the women on our team have improved our entire culture.
