Top 9 Coronavirus Phishing Scams
April 15, 2020Ashtyn Joins the TriCore Team!
October 14, 2020We are thrilled to officially welcome Chad to the team here at TriCore. Many of you have probably already interacted with him over the last 90 days as he has become an important part of our team with his assistance with the help desk, cyber security, and compliance. Chad started working as a network admin in the early 2000’s. He has worked for school systems and subcontracted for both technical testing and assessment areas. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, a loving husband, and a dedicated father. At TriCore, he is involved with daily help desk interactions, cyber security monitoring, as well as compliance needs for HIPAA and PCI DSS.
Chad mentions, “I think what I like most about TriCore is that it feels more like a family than anything else. I love that. No matter what time someone calls, you’re going to get an answer. We are all somewhere around the same age bracket and have a lot of similarities. It makes things click. I love that you can be open and talk things out while still giving total dedication to our clients.”
He goes on to say that, “I remember my first interview for TriCore. I left feeling like there were people here that I really wanted to hang out with and get to know better. In terms of personality, I don’t think that most people realize we are in I.T. until they see us fixing their computers or systems because we are able to connect and be personable. I love that about everyone on the team. I also really love our customers. I love hearing their stories and experiences. It’s not just about solving their problems but it’s about that connection.”
Chad lives and breathes cyber security but his other great loves include Harry Potter, reading, board games, and all things Ireland. He has a background in culinary arts and loves being in the kitchen. When he can find ways to bring his love for technology and his love for food together in the same space, he’s definitely living his dream.
Welcome to the TriCore team, Chad!
