Ashtyn Joins the TriCore Team!

We are excited to officially welcome Ashtyn to the team here at TriCore! Many of you have already connected with her over the last 90 days as she works daily in support services at TriCore and is hands on with our clients both via phone and email. From managing the work queue to offering pricing and solutions, she is an important part of our daily processes. Ashtyn has been working in internet support for years. As a lead IT supervisor in her previous position, she brings a unique skill set and humble leadership to our team.

Ashtyn mentions, “The environment at TriCore is so different from anywhere else I have ever worked. It’s not about closing tickets. It’s about the contribution to the team. People help each other out and care about each other. To have the owners not only differ to employees about how to streamline but to be willing to jump in on tickets is pretty much unheard of anywhere else. It’s like working with friends instead of someone you have to deal with as a coworker. That’s a big tribute to Dustin and Justin, and the culture they have built here. They treat us as humans instead of workers. It’s a community instead of a cube mindset. That is so huge and unique.”

Ashtyn loves her wife, animals, and has a special place in her heart for cheesecake and horror comedies. Her love for people and her position here at TriCore has already made her an incredible asset to our team.
