Alex joins the TriCore Team!

Alex Meredith has officially joined the TriCore team and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Many of you have already started to make a connection with him as he completed his first 90 days working from our downtown Fort Wayne office and helping with on-site needs. The majority of his time will be spent interacting directly with clients each day to make sure that you receive the service you have come to expect from TriCore over the years as we continue to expand.

Alex began his IT career in the United States Navy serving as an information system technician. During this portion of his career, he instructed cyber security and virtualization courses. He then went on to graduate from Purdue University in 2018. He strongly believes in small business ethics and supporting local establishments. He is a strong advocate for information technology and enjoys educating and working with others so it doesn’t seem so overwhelming. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, programming electronics, and swimming.

“I love interacting with clients and getting to know them as I dive deep into any issues or problems they might have. I love learning their network schematics and what their business looks like so I can help them not just today but proactively in the future. That is definitely my favorite part. I really enjoying interacting with the public and meeting someone new every single day,” says Alex.

As TriCore continues to grow, Alex has been a natural fit to the team. He loves local businesses and Fort Wayne which you can feel in his daily conversations with the public. He is averaging 50 to 60 interactions with our customers each week. He is never scared to jump in and get his hands dirty to resolve any issues that might come up. Keep an eye out for him as we head into 2019!
